Feedback on our webinar “Training and coaching for innovation and entrepreneurship skills of displaced and refugee academics”

On April 2nd, 2024, the webinar “Training and coaching for innovation and entrepreneurship skills of displaced and refugee academics” took place.

This webinar aimed to address refugee academics’ knowledge gaps in innovation and invention processes, in the protection of intellectual property rights, and new approaches such as open innovation and innovation 5.0.
Moreover, it included an overview on the formal barriers faced particularly by refugees on examples of France, Germany, Lithuania, Slovenia and Ukraine, as well as examples of support offers based on the AGILE project’s partner universities.

The audience was overall very satisfied with the contents and presentation, albeit noting some issues due to language barriers which we will work on for the next sessions.

The session was fully recorded and is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N03pYO7HyLk

The session was moderated by Sebastian Dahle (University of Ljubljana):
