Dr. Oleksandr Berezko, Ph.D. is assoc. professor of the Department of Social Communications and Information Activities, the head of Web Services Support and Development Unit of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Co-founding President of the Institute for Open Science and Innovation, ex-President of Eurodoc, the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers. In addition to being a seasoned IT professional, Oleksandr is actively advocating for Open Science and academic freedom in Ukraine and the EU. He has substantial experience working on the international level, including several EU-funded projects.
