Anthippi Potolia is an Associate Professor in Foreign and Second Language Teaching and Learning. She is responsible of the French as a Foreign Language (FFL) department and of the Bridge diploma (DU Passerelle) for the learning of FFL by exiles at the University Paris 8. She has participated in several national and European projects either related to educational technologies (telecollaboration, social media, online communities for language learning) or to plurilingual education and intercultural competence. Her main research interests relate to media discourse analysis, ICT and intercultural approaches to language learning and teaching, but also to pluralistic approaches to language learning and teaching, particularly through language autobiographies.
