Anteja Tomašič is a PhD student of sociology and research assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences (University of Ljubljana) in the Center for Spatial Sociology. She is interested in refugee studies, integration, and researching coexistence in the local community. She devotes much of her time to fieldwork and actively cooperates with the refugee community in Slovenia. Her primary education is in humanities, the knowledge of which she combines with social sciences.
