Franziska Gerwers (https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2190-8790) is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Faculty of Education of the University of Hamburg. Her research interests include mediation, plurilingualism and research on teachers’ beliefs and professionalization as well as Data Literacy Education. She has been appointed associate partner of the European Centre for Modern Languages project entitled "Mediation in teaching, learning and assessment", and has participated in the Erasmus+ projects "CoMMITTEd", "BOLD" and "AGILE".
