Sanita Reinsone, University of Latvia

Sanita Reinsone is a senior researcher at the Institute of Literature, Folklore and Art of the University of Latvia, head of the Digital Humanities Research Group. She also holds positions as a lecturer at the University of Latvia and Riga Technical University. Reinsone is also co-leading the Latvia’s Digital Humanities Society (digitalhumanities.lv) and is an initiator and co-coordinator of the international NGO #ScienceForUkraine (scienceforukraine.eu).

Research activity and interest: digital humanities, particularly in the context of autobiographical studies and participatory methods in digital cultural heritage

My interest in the AGILE project lies in gaining understanding of support mechanisms and practices for refugee students and researchers in academic community, and their changes, particularly within the context of Eastern and Central Europe.
