Pr. Dr. Marianne Krüger-Potratz
Pr. Dr. Marianne Krüger-Potratz has been working in the field of intercultural education since the early 1980s with a particular interest in the history of migration, minorities and education. She was a 1975 doctorate and she received her habilitation in Comparative Education in 1984. From 1985 to 2010, she has been a Professor in Comparative and Intercultural Education at the University of Münster, Germany.
Her research areas of interest is focused on the history of migration, the education of minorities and education always taking into account the history of seating for migrants, foreign pupils, ethnic and linguistic minorities.
Pr. Dr. Marianne Krüger-Potratz agreed to join the AGILE project as an Advisory Board member in the interest of contributing to the integration of refugees/migrants into the respective seven host institutions through education and also involving the local scientific community and other socially relevant partners (business, associations, etc.) in the joint work.
